  • Gain access to our online masterclass/es, which must be completed at least 48 hours before the in-person training. This streamlines theory learning on your end, allowing us to focus solely on practical skills during the training day.

Terms and Conditions: Digital online training, All sales are considered final, ineligible for refunds or exchanges. By confirming your purchase during checkout, you accept the purchase price as final. During sales, ensure correct discount code application; partial refunds are not accommodated for missed discounts. Physical Product Returns 

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS- Refunds will not be issued for any digital products, including online training and e-books, once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT- By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to pay the total amount of the purchase price at that time.

DISCOUNT CODES- During promotional periods, it is your responsibility to correctly enter any applicable discount codes. Failure to apply the discount code during the sale will result in no partial refunds being issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON TRAINING- In the event that you choose to cancel your scheduled in-person training, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:

a. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of the agreed training date:

50% of the fee will be forfeited.

b. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the agreed training date:

100% of the fee will be forfeited.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be as new

  • Box/packaging must be included (promotional items not included)

  • Attach a note with your order number and the refund you are requesting 

  • IMPORTANT - Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Refunds

You can return your item(s) for a refund. Please note all items must be un used with original packaging in order to receive a refund. Once the package has been received it will be processed for a refund. Note we do not refund shipping costs, the cost of the item will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.

Faulty/ damaged items

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact Emma lashvavvy@gmail.com within 14 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:
 

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the problem 

  • Photographic evidence

 

Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot to leave a note in the package what should I do?

This does make it hard for us because when we get parcels coming in it’s best if we can open the package and have the instructions there ready to action. If we need to look you up and can’t find your order number or email address it will be difficult. If you do happen to forget this part then email lashvavvy@gmail.com to let us know, please include the full name you used on the order and what you put on the shipping label and let us know what your request is. 

Do you give prepaid labels for returns?

No we don’t. Customers are responsible for returning the items back to us. We’re only a small team and don’t have the facility to provide prepaid labels.
